Rude, half a job, damaged goods,left a mess and wonky tiling !!!!At first Karl came across as a very pleasant man who knew what he was talking about which gave us confidence in his ability to complete our kitchen. At the end of the job karl had finished whilst myself and partner were at work so didn't see the finished job until we got home. firstly we came home to so much mess in the kitchen he hadn't cleaned up after himself and left grout on the windows and on our new appliances,once we cleaned up after him we then realised a big dent in our (new) kitchen draw, the tiling on the wall was wonky, and a cracked title on the wall there were other things too. when we relaised all of this we message and sent him images of these issues and he came back accusing my husband for the cracked tile, he came across very aggressive in these messages. we had to prove by images that it was him, after that and alot of rude messages he offered to come back however we didn't want him coming back after all the messages we received from him. very disappointed.
Outstanding. I have used this company twice, the first time was for him to re-build my brick wall, re-slab the patio area with a stone border round the outside. The second time was papering and painting my lounge, kitchen and dining room. All work is completed to a very high standard. Karl is a very friendly and professional hard worker. Would certainly recommend this service.
Karl has done an excellent quality job painting and decorating my house. His work is thorough and completed with care whilst being un-intrusive. His prices are competitive too! Everything you would want from your decorator but don't always get, as I can say from past experience.
